Osumi Base

Not sure if this is relevant because the new mod will come soon...

Was surfing on the Wiki page and found out that you can do some missions from the Osumi Base.
I became curious and went with my fully KSP char to Osumi Base.
Looked at the mission screen but this told me that no missions were avalable because of "to many people are doing missions" or something like that.

In my opinion strange because I was the only KSP player on-line and in the Fukuoka system at that time.
On the whole server were maybe 80 players playing.

Is it posible to get missions from the Osumi Base?

Osumi base is guard base. We don't have missions on guard bases.
