I want him to soil himself everytime a blip appears on his radar screen. I want him to live in fear. I want him to distrust his friends. I want him ... to pay!

He has been spotted in the NY system and neighbouring systems. He has been seen in California and Colorado, Magellen, Cortez and Manchester. He like the sweet inner system spots. He has been known to target smuggling routes, so check jump holes and trade-lanes around these systems.
He use an LR and Corsair Gunship. He is also good at math. Use caution.
Naturally, I will need evidence of the hit. Kill shots seem to be the norm here. Also, I want him to know it's ME that has the bounty on him. Make him scream my name at death time, I'll throw in another 20 million.
