Where to post bugs?

After many, many, many unsuccessful tries, I finally was able to log into one of my chars for a brief moment, before I was kicked. It was my titanic, docked on Detroit, with a full load of gold ore, and I saw that the sell prices were 250sc. Is this by design?

If not, where do we post bugs for 4.86? A link to a thread or sub-forum would be helpful.

Should have sold the ore before I logged last nite....don't even know why I didn't:(
