Where did my characters go?

Umm right so today when i was playing discovery i went to the server and POOF all my characters where gone!

I don't really know what is going on but is that a bug or something???

heh. i heard that admins will try to recover chars which are gone. you're not only one who lost characters.

Oh so now i make another character untill mine are recovered?

i belive you didnt lost your charecter. While you reinstall freelancer you automatically created a new account and the previous account.
Now if you didnt backup your account using freelancer account manager then dear friend requesting admin is only option.

Shouldnt someone make a list with all the lost chars to make the Admin's lives easier?
