Can't stay connected

Well I downloaded and installed with no problem. But now I cannot stay connected with any of my characters for more than 60 seconds. My characters and respective locations are as followed.

Vincent_Matthias - Omicron Alpha - Planet Malta
Sereva.Gran.Carytas - Sigma-19 - Floating somewhere

BHG|Core-Chevalier -Omicron Delta - Floating Somewhere (Last docked at Dabadoru)
Marshall_Lance - Omicron Delta - Floating Somewhere (Last docked at FP-11

Blood&Gold
Elbee

I think a few may be due to equipment if anything. Is it true that fighter can't equip CM any more I don't see a slot for my manta.
