To the honourable officers of the Bretonian Armed Forces;

I am writing this owing to a strange encounter that took place in the Newcastle system, at the Leeds Jumpgate. While performing a trade run from Baltimore Shipyard in New York to Scarborough Station, I came across a vessel of gunboat class that was identified as matching the configuration of Rheinland Military Gunships. The ID checks [Scan File attached below] confirmed that the vessel, registered as [TFM]Guard|Chromr[G] carried Rheinland Military identification, but Rheinland Federal Police IFF - naturally, the presence of such a vessel in the Newcastle system is not only strange but also quite disturbing given the recent conflict between the Bretonian Empire and the Bundesrepublik.
