Good day.

I have a problem regarding my freelancer account.

I lost my freelancer on my one Hard Drive which had crashed, I am unable to recover the data.

Is there anyway for me to get my account back from the server side?

If you remembered the code, you can re-enter it.

I you dont, you can give the admins your ship names, and ask them to move them to your new account. If they are feeling kind they may help.
The problem is proving that those are in fact your ships.

Bear once saved me like this, when I lost most of my ships.

I can provide details about how many ship, names of the ships and when i last logged onto the server, how can i get in touch with the admins?

I thought admins said thousand times over and over that they do not recover accounts?

They don't have to, but sometimes they will.

Doc Holliday helped me in this regard when my computer crashed, so it does happen.

If you don't get them back, pm me, I'll float you some cash so you can re-create a few....
