Evening Ladies, Gentlemen.
My name is Marcus Wingates, Director of Integrated Systems Engineering, sub-military shipping corporation connected to the Colonial Republic, you've probably heard of us as our nations have had a colorful relationship, mostly good.
I won't waste your time, you have a war to fight and I know what that feels like, considering the Republic's status. If your intelligence hasn't already told you, the Republic has moved from the Taus to the Coronado system due to the Gallic Invasion. We are currently rebuilding everything, and that requires resources. Many groups, big and small are supplying us with needed resources, but one can ask for such assistance for a time. The ISE has lately been renovated and will be coming back to a hundred percent efficiency soon. And will be the only corporation the Republic needs to survive.
However, there is a problem, in order to supply our nation, we need to get those supplies from somewhere, mainly corporations in Rheinland. Yet this embargo doesn't allow our vessels to supply our bases, and we would have to spend much much more for already refined and ready resources, even if closer to us.
Our nations have worked together before, the ISE especially has hauled hundreds of thousands of units to Rheinland, even if we got paid for it, still.
I'd like to request that ISE vessels be exempt from the embargo, due to the reasons given, we need to supply our nation, especially at this crucial time.

Guten Tag herr Direktor,
The Rheinland Military High Command has received your message and further discussions are required before we make such decisions. I hope you understand, it's not an easy decision, even if we could help somebody.
And even if we allow your transports to haul supplies to Liberty, it could happen, that some of the cargo "disappears" en route. We have to be sure, that 100% of the cargo will arrive to you. As you said, we have a war to fight and the waste of resources is not an option for us.
Please be patient.
Signed,
Admiral Joachim Landers,
High Command,
Rheinland Hauptflotte.

Evening Admiral Landers,
I thank you for considering our offer, Admiral, yet I couldn't help but to point something out, as well as ease some of your tension.
I'm quite aware you're not talking about pirates when you say that not all of our cargo would arrive to our bases. Of course, all our convoys will be escorted, yet other than that, we would not even considering what you are thinking, Admiral. The Colonial Republic currently isn't in such a good stature, the Gallics saw to that by making us move all the way to Coronado, we need the resources, and we simply cannot throw them away by doing what you're thinking.
Not to mention this will economically boost Rheinland, even if in a small way, considering your stature as a House. Yes, a small economic boost might not seem that much, yet you are at war, Admiral, and I'm quite sure the value of that small boost is much greater in times like this.
Actually, I'll be quite open and blunt on your thoughts. Liberty wouldn't dare to take the supplies, they might be winning a war, but a war's direction may change at any time, any Commander knows this. And Liberty without doubt knows what the Republic can do, a small spark can light a torch, Admiral.
Hopefully, I've eased your tension, you need your concentration for the war, not for us, I bid you a good day and will be expecting your reply.
