Well, it's just a random question I couldn't answer for myself.

Basically, given the amount of space simulators and strategies and various open source projects regarding the space science, there may be a tool for modelling star systems, placing planets, nebulae, space stations and assorted objects in a limited amount of imaginary square meters.

For someone like me, not talented, asocial and remarkably lazy, that could be a sufficient tool for doing faction-related graphic stuff to enhance the looks of the communication channels and so on.

Any ideas, good siяs?

Not quite what is needed according to OP. Can't place space stations, isn't used to create fancy looking backgrounds or other things. It's more of a physics game.

Can't zoom in very far either.
