Not really, the trader is not dependent on other people logging on, so in the end if you compare 6 ours of trading with 6 hours of bounty hunting, I'm pretty sure the trader would come off much much better.

PAYMENT AMOUNT DUE 1 Target per 1 Million assisted - 1 Million Credits pending
PAYMENT TO MM~~"Mac".McCread
Report: Corsair on the business end of my Roc. Whole squabble of em... They spent more time dodgin' than shootin', so it was easier than shooting kittens in a barrel. Poor kitties.
I bet that a trader doing a 20 minute run, less time than it took to login, get the kill, logout, upload images, post images, finish post, made more than a million.

That depends on how you do it.
No targets? Log off.
But well, I guess he's talking about safe money, then yes, trading is the best way.

Tell them that you're an earnest roleplayer with a strong interest in exploring the role of a Samura loyal pilot looking to explore the greater scope of the Sirius sector away from the oppressive regime of the Kishiro government. Say you support the Farmers and intend to send money home to your racist family.

gone four years, first day back: Zoners still getting shot in Theta :|
I was actually talking about people like Kalliste and Berny who can accomplish that amount of credits doing mercenary jobs, both that are in the Reavers, amazing hah?

Because the MM is a large organization of mercenaries who represent a reasonable pool of persons who are choosing to engage in the life of killing stuff for money. We're assuming the op is, at least, a competitive pilot on par with the skill of the average MM.
Ergo it's reasonable to presume that the earnings of a competitive pilot should be in line with a member of the MM. If the MM as a whole cannot satisfy the claim that was extended it seems reasonable to infer that a sole pilot of above average to average skill will likewise be unable to secure the advertised profits.
I traded for two hours today, made 75 mil.
Lot more then ever Silver makes in two hours mercing.
EDIT: That would be one kill worth 6 million every 9.6 minutes.

Well, there are traders that take the same lane even when they've been pirated there not 10 minutes ago, but still trading is probably the safer way to make money, despite some traders not being "skilled" enough to avoid piracy.
The skills of players has nothing to do with what I stated. Mercenaring, if done right, can be very very profitable money per second.
Seems tha 250 million just for killing Moriarty once still hurts the IND. :yahoo:
See? Profitable 250 million for 10 minutes.

A corsair fighter is worth 4 million in just 1 single board.
