Game crash on startup

I just installed Discovery to a copy-and-pasted vanilla installation. At game start, the loading screen appears, and then, when it would go to the menu, the game instead crashes to the desktop. I have a win7 64-bit machine. The game is fully updated. Any help is appreciated! Thanks:)

You have to delete an autosave and other saved games in my documents/my games/freelancer/accts/singleplayer - just delete everything from there.
