5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not attack the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours. Self-killing during a PvP fight is counted as a normal PvP death.

Consequences:

Ships stripped, paperwork in your respective holds.

While we were pirating the DHC-Dauman, me(reiner.zufall) and hans.wurst were interruped by the HMS-Skylar an two others ( "BPA)Jayne.White" and the other i don't remember) and were killed in Omega3 while the DHC-Spiegelberg ran away. So i changed Charakter to davy.jones and left the Omega3 System and went to Cambrige with hans.wurst. After some time ( i think alsmost 2h) In Cambridge we met the DHC-Spiegelberg again. And since he was not involved in killing us we wanted to pirate him again. He refused to give us money and we shot him.

He is a transport and cant killed us in the first fight...he doesnt even engaged us and we either...
in cambridge we get him....and now he reported us???

come on...


short:
-first pirate attempt he run (omega3)...
-we get killed from military (bretonia) - he was not there...
-we left system ( omega 3)
-1-2hours later after changing chars we met him in cambridge
-we pirated him
-he reported us...
-we lost over 90 millions... (so many hours and fun are gone) :(


EDIT:

he was NOT involved in the first death...it was bretonia military who killed us! not the little transporter!!!
