The question is very simple.Where and how to mine Helium 3?Are rules the same as when you mine other ores?

Here is the latest mining tutorial thread. The differences of gas mining is the mining vessels and mining area where you need to be near to a Gas Miner in order see the mineable gas.

So i am just to park my ship near gas miner and wait until my cargo hold gets full.I have GMG transport.

no, you need to shoot rocks and ice crystals with a mining laser, just the ships are different ones and the actual mining fields are very small (like 1k radius around a gas miner, if at all)
