Maquis Faction needed?

I will say this about making a Maquis faction from scratch: It is a great tragedy that the Maquis ID is very nearly identical to the Brigand ID. One would have to be very particular about one's roleplay and behaviour to distinguish oneself from the common criminals of Gallia.

It would be working if other people actually showed interest in the faction. We absorbed the three members of MG| a short while back but their actions have been less than satisfactory in terms of the previous roleplay that we established. To that end, Lanakov said he was going to talk to them about it, but I haven't since had contact with any of them.

Quite frankly I'm overburdened at the moment and trying to run |Maquis is a luxury I don't have time for. If more people were interested, it would help flesh out a non-existant command structure and get the ball rolling again.

I would love to see the Maquis around more, both in Gallia and poking around the Taus/Bretonia.

Actually we need activity in Gallia itself, I say up there might be the best bet now that the Brigands are getting their act together... give the GRN and the GRP something to worry about, yeah?

EDIT: I have wanted to make a Maquis for a while, but I have not had the time or character ideas for one frankly...and I already have so many other Gallic characters as is.
