Big Lags in missions

Hello everytime i do a mission in Alpha of Eta i have Lags,
if i do Ping in a mission i see 20% a 30% Lag:unsure:
I have a good internet connection so thats not the problem!!
Is there a option what i can do?
I have a Asus X70L Series laptop Model F7L
CPU Intel Pentium Dual T2390@1,86GHz
Windows Vista home basic 32 bit
Memory 3GB (DDR2 667)
Video adapter Mobile Intel ® 965 Express Chipset Family, Memory 448MBytes
Dedicated Video memory 0 MB
Dedicated system memory 128 MB
Shared system memory 230 MB
