Player base pimp lights

Is there a type of pimpbase or whatever for changing the bases lights?
I think there is, I swear a saw somebody post command on forums, but I can't find it

can anyone tell it?

And as for the lights on bases idea. Don't see any harm it'd do to add. So YES!
