I've docked with my outcast bs on planet Malta and now, every time I undoc my ship gets distroyed.
What can I do to undoc safetly?

Ask (PM!) an admin to beam your ship to Valetta and try not to dock at Malta again.
Sometimes Capital Ships can't undock from planets safely.
EDIT: Or wait for one of them to do it.
