Greetings Fleet Admiral !

I believe the President Powell has notified you by now of this promotion. In an effort to promote the Liberty Navy, the Republic of Liberty and the Madden Stadiums Corporation signed a contract which outcome will hopefully earn you many new recruits at the academy, as this documentary will be published on the Neural Net and broadcasted on friday night on the most watched Libertonian Channel.

To remind you of the terms of the contract, I, John Madden, President of the Madden Stadiums Corporation, will spend two weeks in the Liberty Navy Primary Fleet with my camera crew installed in the refitted Guardian for the purpose. Of course, to compensate the potential losses caused by our documentary, the Madden Stadiums Corporation generously donated 25 billions to the Primary Fleet Treasury. Hopefully sir Dufresne will be happy.

Should there be any informations you would like to tell us about before we begin the documentary, let me know. Hopefully you'll appreciate my new stadium that will be built in orbit of Los Angeles thanks to this contract at the same time.

Good evening Mr. Madden.

Apologies for not being the addressed individual, however the Fleet Admiral is extremely busy at present and has requested that I handle this particular tranmission.

I'm informed that your camera crew have been given clearance to film in any non-restricted space, and any areas of Navy bases and installations which are deemed as accessable to civilians.

Having a civilian camera crew on certain operations does present a risk to their safety, something which is sadly unavoidable in these times. We hope that you understand that their safety cannot be one-hundred percent gauranteed, however we will endeavor to avoid potential hotspots when your crew is present.

As for the stadium being build in Los Angeles orbit. That is not a matter for the Navy to decide, but rather for the office of the Governor of California.
