Deathinvador violated:

3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.

3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.

Elem.Corp|Repede violated:

5.9 Disconnecting from the server in a PvP fight to escape, as well as in any other situation that involves player interaction, is not allowed.

Consequences:
Both of you were pirated by the same pirate. Both of you responded poorly.

Elem.Corp|Repede, it won't kill you to stay in game and actually talk with the pirate. Well, okay, it might. But try role playing with him. You may find the encounter rewarding, even if your mining efforts are not. F1'ing is just poor sportsmanship.

Deathinvador, you were away from keyboard when the pirate submitted his demand. You failed to respond in time. Next time you have to leave the keyboard for a brief moment, make sure you are not where a pirate can find you. Sucks to be caught with your pants down, but them pirates are on a schedule.

Loss of guns and credits to you both. Appropriate sanction notices in hold.

I suppose im guilty. However 50m was too much cash to take away for simply saying disengage so i could give him his demand. I don't think players will play here too much longer if this is whats going to keep happening.... I have a full - time job and that 50m took W A Y too long to acquire for you to simply take it away because of a 60 second encounter.

I'm sorry, but the only interaction to ever happen was having missiles fired at me, no halt or stop or kill your engines, just missile warnings. I'm sorry I did ragequit to that, because not being able to get any mining operation done for 6 hours because there constantly was pirates present in huge quantity just sitting there, only to have your only chance at getting something ruined is cringeworthy. Sanction is cool thougt, it opened my eyes on how useless transport guns are and I'll keep that sanction report in my hull until another pirate randomly destroys the ship and takes it away.
