Start with the rules. The most important thing a newcomer should know.

Those are the most bothersome to do because they change a lot. And imho if they are reading the forums to find the videos, they have already read the rules enough. I will cover such essentials as ZOIs and in RP consequences tho, something that is vaguely represented in the rules under the line:

6.9 You must follow the restrictions/allowances of your ID, as well as the diplomacy of the NPC faction it
represents.

And other very elusive ones.
