Luxury Liner / Freelancer ID

I'm struggling to find out wether a Luxury Liner is allowed with Freelancer ID or not.. Since the ID restrictions point out that "transports" are restricted to 3,600 cargo, yet on the wiki, the Liners have their own ship class... While the Allowed ship do not mention the "liner" class vessels aswell, i guess they're not allowed, yet i encountered a couple of civilian prison liners already?

Pilot carrying this ID is a Freelancer, who:

Can fulfill bounty contract and escort other vessels.
May not engage in piracy outside of a posted bounty contract.
May treat trade vessels as combat targets in pursuit of a bounty contract.
Cannot use any transports with more than 3,600 cargo.

Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats.
