While trading on my DHC I left the Frankfurt system via Jumpgate, when I reached the other side into New Berlin I Crashed to Desktop , when I got back in I was oddly 30K from the Stuttgart base in NB.
It happened a second time when I was leaving New London into Cambrige on a return trip, this time I ended up 73K from the Omega-3 Gate.
When you crash while in a jumping sequence when playing online, your ship travels to the new system but appears at the coordinates of jump gate you entered. I've had it happen a few times; it also happens when you get DC'd due to lag.
