My name is Edward Giles - I am the captain of the independent transport Indecent Behavior. Yesterday, I had the good fortune of meeting one of your ships, the GMG|GTS-Komahashi_Maru, in orbit over Planet Miura, Okinawa. I had been informed that Helium-3 is mineable in the Okinawa system, so I had headed there in hopes of finding a miner. Instead, the captain of the Komahashi Maru suggested that I ought to contact you in order to ask for docking rights to Fuxyueru where you sell H-3. The captain then offered to transfer a load of H-3 to the Behavior, which I gratefully accepted - I, of course, paid your standard price of 3750 credits per unit.

I would hereby like to ask for permission to dock the Indecent.Behavior at Fuxyueru Base in order to regularly export your Helium-3 (presumably to Southhampton Shipyard, New London).

I'm pleased to hear that you wish to conduct business with the Guild. As it is now, Fuxyueru Trade Hub and its storage of Helium-3 are primarily reserved for corporate shippers. Therefore, Fuxyueru remains closed to independent shippers.

However, it has always been bad for business to turn away potential trading partners. As such, we redirect any and all independent transports to Shuri Base instead. The demand of He-3 is higher there, but we try to keep it well supplied.

I've granted docking rights to the Indecent.Behavior. I'll be sending you the coordinates of the base over a secure line. Enjoy your stay on Shuri Base.
