i am not of the liberty to discuss the budget of this year. What i can confirm, however, is that there has been substantial cuts since last years budget.

The conn kill messages are the things that are OORP.

As for the metagaming aspect, that was a bit of a community wink since everybody metagames to find people to RP at. Skype is metagaming too.

I do find it interesting that this is your justification for breaking rules against personal attacks and trolling. By interesting I mean clinically interesting that you try to make your behavior my fault.
