as I send this message, I assume that such matters should be addressed exclusively to you as the one and the only representative of Her Royal and Imperial Majesty, Carina I in the space of the Republic of Liberty. As the Kingdom in the present time has to face the actual threat to all civilized Sirius including the Republic and those hard times had came just after another lasting war.

Not only the reasonable political course of a House, but the consciousness of a citizen should derive in the protection of the common values varying from the economical ones to the protection of our common culture despite all the differences. Hereby I'm requesting the permission and recommendation for me, the citizen of Liberty to provide the possible assistance to the Bretonia Armed Forces in the ongoing military conflict.

I would ask you to direct me to the person who is the best assistance to in my inquiry as I assume that such a minor cause may not fit into your schedule, yet I'll be grateful for the opposite.

Miss Cooper, the person who you'd wish to speak to for either helping the Armed Forces would be the Fleet Admiral Michelle Garibaldi, also I do know that you can also sign for bounty contracts to help aid military forces without actually having to join the Armed Forces in Leeds, if that is something you prefer.
