We have located your station in Leeds system. The instalation is not open for authorities and has a shield - It has been constructed without aproval and thus it is illegal and will be removed. You are to evacuate the base. If you choose to register the base you have to open it for all authorities and pay your fine which is listed here.
There you can find all the zoning fines and information about restrictions concerning the base - untill you provide us with information about you , your reputation with Bretonia realm and Gallic forces as well as your ID scans. The base destruction will proceed. HMS ships and BPA-SRD ships are already heading to the base to start the blocade - all supply ships heading to the base will be stopped, their cargo confiscated and we will levy fines for smuggling. I suggest you transfer the data imidiatly or your instalation will be destroyed.
