As far as I am aware the Drug "Cardamine" is highly Illicit substance in all 4 Houses of Sirius then why is it that one of the Kusari State police officers had Cardamine in his hold?
Please do tell me what this is doing here?I am curious and only thinking of the well being of people. I know in Gallia if a Officer was caught with Nox they would be penalized greatly.
