Earlier today while departing from Planet Denver, I found a Pirate Train named As.Db.Supykau standing in orbit. Since this ship class is prohibited in Liberty space, I got curious and took a quick scan, which revealed the cargo hold to be full of illegal alien artifacts, and the ship was registered as a junker vessel. The pilot was ordered to drop the artifacts but declined to do so. I opened fire, which got his attention, and he quickly moved towards the docking port. I told him not to dock, but of course he did it anyway.

Given the combination of illegal ship, illegal smuggling, resisting arrest, and violation of landing protocols, I feel it would be appropriate to have his docking codes set as hostile to Liberty space.
