I request that hostilities be stopped between all warring parties for the duration of this venue to ensure the safe arrival and departure of all delegates involved. Hostilities will commence between warring parties upon the safe return of departing delegates the following day.

I would also request that delegates bring their own security detail of no more than two of their finest soldiers, who are to provide a joint-security detail with other security members.

Madamoiselle,

Before I authorize the use of Baffin space, I must ask what ships the Gallic Royal Navy plans to bring. Meeting at Shasta may require your ships docking away from the base as transponders were set to hostile some time ago and will take a great deal of time to re-program.

If the IMG is willing to host at Java, I would be very open to that. In fact, I'd kind of prefer it since I haven't been out there in awhile. It would also keep the people of Baffin at ease as they have a lot of built up distrust and some even hatred.

Both the Kingdom of Breton and the Colonial Republic have requested the use of the Orbital Skyhook in Baffin stating that Gallic Royal Navy presence in Tau-23 is too great for a convention... however, my concerns regarding the Tau-23 system are of different ones. I'm more or less concerned with the Outcast presence within the system and feel that they may strike against any and all delegates - aside from the Zoners - that attempt arrival at Java.

As for my own vessel, I'm unsure of what I'll be arriving in."
