Junker Congress, I am asking for clearence of one of our ships, the E.V Averon, to dock with the Vieques Shipyard, in Puerto Rico. It is currently ill-equiped and I hope the Solaris Gunboat Turrets at the Shipyard would better fit. The E.V Averon is awaiting orders to aquire the new equipement, if allowed. The ship will enter the Puerto Rico and once with the weapons, leave the system immediatly. I hope to open relations with my people and yours, for future buisness. Does the E.V Averon have clearence? The regular Junker Guards(NPCs) appear not to have any problems with the Averon.

While I'm not in charge of Puerto Rico i can almost surely guarantee this will be a straight forward ''not happening'' No outsiders are allowed within our lovely system apart from the occasional pilot who has been granted temporary access to pass through.


However as formerly stated i am not in charge. So don't consider this the final nail in this case.

Only 2 Solaris GB Turrets, to increase the Averon's Defencive/Offencive Status. The E.V Averon has also been told that a reimbursement of 1 million credits, for the initial 1.5million credits, will be paid to the the junker, to help them keep their credit-reserves from dropping to greatly, that delivers the weapons. We are planning to upgrade the E.V Averon to a Zoner Carrier, which will allow us to construct a station. Once we have a station operational, I will notify you and request a list of Junker Congressmen, for showing my people and myself, as men of buisness and understanding. The E.V Averon will be in the New York System, near Newark Station or the Captain will ask for a .:J:. rep to help with the transaction. Thank you for your cooperation.
