I managed to come across a distress signal while I was ignoring my Doctors orders. The ship in question is a Bretonian Shetland by the name of Rhondda Valley designation code BRS-3214. Judging by the distress call received it seems the vessel suffered malfunctions in the Newcastle system. I managed to run the transmission by a friend of mine who complied the following chart for me."
"The vessel's last known location is marked by the icon, this would be Newcastle. Green states that the transmission is minutes to hours old. Yellow states a few days to a week. Orange means a couple of weeks to a month old. Red states that the transmission might have faded out, or is barely recognizable against background static.
I have this nagging feeling in my gut saying that the crew onboard the Rhondda Valley is still alive out there somewhere with a heavily damaged ship, and most likely a life support system on the brink of failing. Yet, I can't exactly turn to the Intelligence Service and request support due to us having to deal with a Gallic invasion on the Leeds and Dublin front, and yes, I know the Liberty Navy has their own problems to deal with, but I'm unsure of where to actually turn to, and I know for sure I'll need assistance, especially in my current medical state.
I've attached a copy of the transmission. The woman speaking is Lieutenant Hannah Lloyd, and I believe she either has a family member, boyfriend, or husband in Liberty by the name of Bill. If it's possible, could you try tracking this man down and see if he might know where the shipment of the Rhondda Valley was heading, that way it'll narrow down the search quite a bit."

"Austin..I'll look for your ship, But from the sound of that transmission...well, I have my doubts about the crew still being alive. If the crew is alive though, with the reactor damage that ship sustained, they can't possibly have very long, and any crews I send looking for them will be equipped with HAZMAT gear..."
[color=#999999]She sighs softly.
"I'll have my pilots keep their eyes open though, and if we find the ship I'll let you know. As for "Bill"... I'll keep my eyes open for him so I can at least let him know what's happened.."
She nods to her monitor again, giving a curt salute out of respect, as the screen fades to black.
I'm on my way to Liberty space now if you'd like to meet up and discuss this. I will need to make a quick stop in Cambridge prior to heading out that way to change civilian wear, but that shouldn't take to long. Hopefully you'll get the message as I'm arriving."

Hey, Rachel. Something came up, got a couple of frogs out here... I'll probably be late.
