Missing Files

I tried google but no luck. I need the following 2 files:
Discovery Account Manager (DSAM)
Discovery Process Manager (DSPM)

Can anyone help me locate them? All google shows is dead starport links.

Also, trying to get my server listed and first step is to add it to flserver.de according to my list. This is not working. flserver.de down?
