Greetings,

I do not like to pester you all with such things but earlier today, an Outcast destroyer with the call sign "Stormhawk" attempted to pirate me in my own ship and then proceeded to attempt to destroy my ship. He failed. I made scrap metal of him. I managed to only get one gun cam shot of him attempting to cloak before he returned shortly thereafter and got my camera. The captain of the ZRV|Alpha 1 witnessed the whole incursion. To clarify, Stormhawk was reduced to scrap metal upon his re-engagement by my crew.

This is not the first time I have heard of this human being a problem to Zoners. I would like to recommend he be made hostile to Zoner installations. I know the photographic evidence is lacking but you should all be warned of this....animal. He did have a companion with him, his name I do not remember. I can post the camera shot that I do have once I get it uploaded.

OSI thanks you for the warning of this potential troublemaker and we will be on the lookout for him.

You are also right in your statement that any large scale administrative action is at best unlikely in the absence of solid guncam evidence. Any such evidence you can provide would help to back your recommendation greatly. Of course even then it would likely need a consensus amongst those of us in authoritive positions to affect any sort of action.

Regardless, I ramble. Again, Thank you for the warning and I am glad that no permanent harm has come to you or your men from this encounter.

I must say i am a littlebit concearned. As we are neighbours and both try to secure the area. I wanted to inform you on private coms that i found some ranseurs chasing an pirate who tried to dock at your Freeport 6 in order to escape from its followers. He was killed with the docking sequence sadly, but i beamed his escape pod and took him into custody on my own home. Lucky i have an empty storage room. so i closed him in. As you where not at home at the time. If you contact me i am trying to get some more info out of him, but my attempts seems to fail. Maybe you have a better suggestion with it.

For the outcasts who followed him to our homes. They apologied and left the scene after the pirate was killed. But i am not happy i see Ranseurs and other big outcast ships flying in front of both our homes and even SHOOT. Also the fact that pirates try to escape from a battle and try to dock at our homes to be safe. I wont tollorate any fights in my home, nor the bar! and i am certain you don't tollerate it neither! So i decided myself to improve the security on my home and the area around it. And hope that fellow zoners who are passing by keeping an eye open and maybe even sent us some reports.

After i tranmitted this message to you. I was undocking from Freeport 6 and noticed a Rogue outcast shooting at my home. For reasons 'unknown' i guess they intercepted my last transmission. The pirate who i still had in custody is now removed from Freeport XXI and beeing held safely. I am thinking it has to do something with him as they where hunting him in the first place. I was lucky i had to contact Nexmilitis who was a nearby zoner to assist me.
