Mr. von Trapp,
I've been thinking a lot lately about the people who were working on Bonn Station and their now extended vacation in Rheinland. We've been able to cooperate in the past. I'd like to see about getting some postcards or vacation photos to see how they're enjoying themselves. It would put my mind greatly at ease and we would be happy to exchange supplies or anything else you need such as our previous agreement that worked out so well.
Given your services to us in the past, I feel that you are entitled to a humoring of this sort.
The station personnel of Bonn have been moved to an alternate location and into commercial grade lodgings, courtesy of the OS&C Rheinland division.
Unfortunately, due to some issues of detected attempts at industrial espionage under the initiative of your predecessors at Interspace Commerce, the decision for the communications blackout of many of the Bonn personnel was made.
However, if there are any specific people with whom you wish to speak, limited contact can be arranged with prior discussion and assessment.

Mr. von Trapp,
If possible I would like to speak with the former Director of the station, Mr. Hans Spiegel. Currently there are some people within the company that feel we should attempt to send a corporate jet to bring them home from vacation early. Myself I am firmly against this as the expenditure would be wasteful and futile. If I can show some of the others how much fun they're having in confidence I am sure they will be much less insisting that hasty action be taken.
