GRP Declaration: Sent to Gallia and Sirian allies

As of this moment, the GRP's previous Directeur, Lucas Gerald, is stripped of his title and cast out of the ranks of the Royal Police.
He and the ex-flagship 'Vatan' are declared enemies of the Crown, and are to be forcibly removed from Gallic controlled space if encountered.

Commandant Thomas Fouquat has been promoted to the rank of Directeur to take Gerald's place.

While I'm saddened by the loss of our previous Directeur, I understand that Gerald's more recent actions in Gallic occupied space are... troubling, to say the least. I'd like to remember him not as a deranged man who openly attacks his friends and allies, but rather as the loyal, unshakeable leader of the Royal Police.

Still, he has clearly crossed the line and he must pay for his wrongdoings.

As the new Directeur of the Gallic Royal Police, all matters regarding GRP actions, Gallic law, and the safety of the our home may be sent to me.
