I am sending this transmission to reconcile with the Republic of Kusari.
The war between Bretonia and the previous Government
have left relations between Planetform and the Republic,
a bit strained.

A while ago, when I last visited the Republic,
I was turned away to the Sigma systems by a
Naval Forces officer whose name I can't remember. I would rather this not happen in future if we
can establish some
official protocol on this matter.
