I would like a permission to use a Light Cloaking Device inside Your borders. I don't ask you to sell/retrieve it for me, just to allow me to use it, I will obtain it on my own. Reason is simply because that thing can come very handy in some situations like when I get outnumbered and I have to run. It wouldn't be used against the Navy or it's allies, never. I already work for You, you can find my biography here , aswell as my logs here . I've helped you shoot huge amount of enemies already and cloaking device is all I need at the moment. And by the way, you already gave me permission to use 4 Magma Hammers class 9 and 1 Turret Class 2 (check here). I would return that equipment to You if it's required for me to get permission to use the Cloak. Also, here's my current setup: 1234

After a background check that indeed confirm your involvement as a lawful mercenary and quite active in fact, then a consultation of the High Command, your request has been granted.
You're allowed to use a light type cloak on the vessel you previously indicated.
In normal times this request would have been denied, however newer internal developments made such arrangements possible.
Be aware that some members of the Secondary Fleet are a bit slow.
