I am the head of "Projekt Wirbelwind", a modified Elbe Carrier fitted with a Rapid Response Jump Drive so we can extend our area of operations to the entirety of the Reich. This technology requires coordinates only obtainable through the use of advanced surveying equipment, which we sadly do not have due to a series of budget cuts.

I have been in contact with an external contractor with the technology and know-how to perform these scans, as I am not familiar with any military ships in service capable of producing coordinates. This contractor is a Zoner.

I hereby request permission for a Fräulein Stella Polaris and her ship, the Aquilon-class carrier "Discovery-01", to survey and maintain a series of coordinates in Frankfurt, New Berlin, Omega-7 and Omega-15.

These coordinates will of course be purged from "Discovery-01's" databanks, and the coordinates will be made available to the Oberkommando, should you ever need them. I will naturally assist you with any information you should request regarding myself, "Projekt Wirbelwind" and Fräulein Polaris.

The Oberkommando is currently reviewing your request. To speed up this process I would ask you to forward the necessary information regarding both Projekt Wirbelwind and Fräulein Polaris via this channel. I have to say, the idea of a foreigner gathering information that could be viable to our enemies is not exactly comforting. I therefore urge you to reconsider this course of action and look out for contractors whose loyalty to the Vaterland is beyond questioning.

However, without hearing the entire story we will not make a final decision yet. Of particular interest would be the circumstances under which contact to Fräulein Polaris was established, as well as detailed files on her background combined with your own assessment of her trustworthiness.
