-10% powerplant hit for using Hayabusa light fighter--which is a Samura built civilian ship.
-10% powerplant hit for using the Raba which began as a Corsair transport but was licensed by the Corsairs to the Hogosha. Built at a Farmer's Alliance base now but still billed as a "Hogosha" ship--not to mention it requires a greened guard reputation with Farmers to buy.
For a small faction having only a single base, no shield busting guns of its own or native transports (besides the Renzu liner) cutting down their only dedicated light and heavy fighters and transport seems unnecessary--and neither of these ships has "power to spare". It's particularly an issue since they often are up against Dragon and Outcast raiders and have no gunboat of their own either.
