Yes, but I'v heard this whole line is getting 10% decrease for sure, so that's why I said "leave everything else the same".
I think that with 58k powerplant, more armor and 10% size decrease it would be fine, for a start.

Well, I almost agree. It will still pilot like a brick, so it will still be obsolete against gunboats, which could be fine by me were it not for the fact that there are bombers which RHA face against and which are good against more or less everything (BH bomber, Snubnose, Praetorian... pretty much all bombers of our current enemies). With these changes it could still use a strafing agility buff.
