Maréchals Ansel Xavier, Valerie Quétinéau, Julie Bonheur and Mathieu Baudin.
His Royal Highness, King Charles, the ninth of his name has requested your personal presence at the Ile-Du-Palais on Planet New Paris. He sends his regards and his appreciation of your efforts on the Bretonian front, and wishes to formally discuss matters of further strategy.
While we understand that matters of the front may not allow reprieve enough to travel back to New Paris immediately, it is strongly recommended that you arrive as soon as is possible.
In the King's Name,
Renée Favre,
Steward to King Charles IX of Gallia.

Baudin flicks the comms screen on, looking mildly annoyed.
MademoiselleFavre, whatapleasuretoseeyouagain so soon after you sent me to the front.
Naturally, as the King desires my presense, I will arrive within a few days. However at present, I am gathering information on the disappearance of Monsieur Chevalier and attempting to find any links between his treachery and that of the man who ran the Legion Tricolore before him, Monsieur Giroux. After all, it would be rather beneficial to discover why we appear to have the leading light of this proud, if somewhat under-staffed, unit disappearing with such astonishing regularity.
Since Giroux appears to be active on the front, flying under Council colours, and does not seem adverse to talking, I will make another effort at engaging in a surely enlightening conversation with him before setting a course back to New Paris.

Ansel appears on screen, contemplative.
Evening, Mademoiselle Favre. I believe that this meeting had been delayed for long enough, and am glad His Highness finally feels well enough to converse with his generals. A few squadron actions requiring my attention notwithstanding, I shall arrive in two or three days, depending on how agitated the Taus are at the time.
I will head to Ile-de-France as soon as possible, you have to understand that certain arrangements have to be made before our forces are left without any Maréchals.
