After speaking to your staff briefly about what I have planned, I figured it wouldn't hurt to follow up with a formal transmission. I do not know how much of this has been passed on to management in ALG, but I can assure you it will benefit both of our corporations, as well as the habitants of the Texas system.

It is my understanding you have previously tried to assist in the clean up efforts in this system, only to be told to leave by Mr. Doe and other employees. To cut a long story short, if you are to assist us in our latest 'project' I will allow you to access the scrap fields in this area without our interference from Deep Space Engineering.

ALG has had an interest in cleaning up the scrap fields of Texas for quite some time, and I'm sure the hostilities between Rheinland and Liberty have only created an even larger mess.
