To: All assets of the 5th SABRE wing, Suffolk Great Fleet.
From: Office of Judge Advocate General of the Armed Forces, Brigadier Sir John Hewett (Rtr).
RE: Summons to court martial.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest or surrender of all assets of the 5th Sabres "Resistence Fleet", formerly a component of the Suffolk Great Fleet. You stand to be tried in a military court for numerous breaches of military laws and the code of conduct. A barrister from the Services Prosecution Authority will stand on behalf of the Admiralty Board and Crown. The defendants may elect to use their own legal services, or receive a military lawyer provided by the State.

The levied charges include but are not limited to; sections 2 (misconduct on operations), 3 (obstructing operations), 6 (mutiny), 8 (desertion), 9 (absence without leave), 11 (misconduct towards a superior officer), 12 (disobeying lawful commands), 15 (failing to perform a duty), 19 (conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline), 21 (threatening behaviour), 24 (damage to, or loss of, public or service property), 30 (Allowing escape or unlawful release of prisoners), 31 (hazarding a military ship).

Failure to attend will be taken as an admission of guilt and sentenced appropriately. Those who surrender to Crown authorities and otherwise cooperate with judicial and law enforcement agencies will be looked upon favourably during the following proceedings. Due to the scale of the proceedings, the following officers of the 5th Sabres are expected to represent their unit, the results of which being binding unto all components;
  • Captain Lawrence Winter
  • Commander Austin Goodman
  • Commander James Arland
  • Lieutenant Commander Aeyrn Langley
  • Lieutenant Arthur Davenport
  • Lieutenant Naomi Woods
  • Lieutenant Brandon DiMarco
  • Ensign Sophie Savoie
  • Ensign Lisa Jaeger
  • Ensign Natasha Brooks
The court martial is to occur on the 26th of December, 819 AS at 0900 at Drumknott Barrack, New London. The accused are to submit themselves to the custody of the York or Derby Great Fleets 24 hours before this deadline. Failure to do so will be taken as a refusal to attend the proceedings and an admission of guilt and sentenced appropriately.

Very well. Rest assured, I will be the only officer attending this court martial, representing the unit as a whole.
