First, let me to tell, how sad to hear that you lost many of yours by the war with the nomads. Its terrible, but we know well, that you knew what you accepted with the war against the nomads. We all respect your sacrifice for the survive of humanity.

Some of you could hear about us before, since we had to pass your spaces sometimes while supported our brothers and sisters across Sirius. Since there where a lot of meetings with your nation, I know you well and thats, why I would like to speak with you at this time.

As you can see in the attached documents we had to solve a lot of problems before. We've lost many souls and now they are in need again.

However its not the same situation, since we had to realise that supporting different colonies its not a chance. We cant keep them alive if they are living in separated tribes. My brothers and sisters need a new home where they could live in peace together.

I had an order, what will be harder than anything before. I need to find a new home for them... alone...

Since me and my crew used a transport ship for our mission, at this time we need some help. We got a long training for this mission and now, I promoted. Promoted to lead a cruiser class vessel, what could help us to survive on this dangerous mission.

Since the zoner nation doesnt have any kind of reconaissance vessel, and we would like to keep any eye on our nautrality, we would like to ask for your help.

We know, that these are hard times for your nation and we dont want gifts from you.

We would like to send a request for a wreck.

As far as I know, your shipyards produces the best reconaissance vessels novadays, and we would like to build our own. Since we dont want to ask for your blueprints, we just want to request a wreck of it.

If you have time, please send us a message about the circumstances, how can we request a "Resheph" wreck from you, what we will re-edify for this mission.

The ship will fly under zoner tag for sure with our identification papers and we will keep an eye on your interestings. We dont planning to use its weapon system, just in self defense for sure.

Since I know, that you'll have your own expectations, I dont want to waste your time now. Please send us your expectations, and the needed circumstances.

I will state it from start: We have no hull available that can be repurposed and is not already in process of doing so on our own shipyard. Everything else are either fully or slightly damaged units or barely recognizable pieces... All of which that could be useful were salvaged or destroyed to prevent our technology from being potentially stolen by suicidal Junkers, other disfunctional "adventurers" or our enemies.

It is truth that Resheph is fine recon craft however it all comes down to technology that was developed separately from ussual co-operation between Order and Zoners (resulting in Hathor). I am sure you will accept fact that everyone is entitled to their own secrets, as much as you trust us with your own data - it is simply higher level. We cannot even spare a single hull void of those complicated sensors and solutions utilized in building fully rated cruiser - We crossed over the line with our shipyard capacity.

It will be harder for you to enforce your neutrality, making you target of some factions you might not want to war with. I can however offer you alternatives: first being your own Corvo design - all around explorer, deadly light cruiser in right hands.
