I was in California today filling out bounties for your hit list when I came across the CoJ. They were easy money, so I shot them up. The cowards didn't even die with a sliver of honor, and they ran off when they were close to death. But where did they run to? Alcatraz. These rats are using your own base to relaunch from. They had big mouths after they docked to, claiming it was THEIR base and THEIR system. I'll let you deal with this as you wish.
