Hola my friend it was a long time since we heard last time,
It is Octavio, captain of COMARADE. If you remember i took part in O Gamma rally and took second place? Or maybe my participation in some top secret builds.... and if that dont help to jog your memory than look at Crete trade rapports you see my name comes up constantly. Food,Hull plates etc to Crete and Artifacts from Crete?

Reason i dont send you a comm message is simple my scrambling systems gone destroyed as well as my long range antena in an ambush by Red Hesians in Frankfurt but i did meet your pilots in sigmas after so i gived them this sealed letter to deliver to you. I think it was clever since it cant be decoded by others unles this piloto is shut down witch i hope will not happen.

So much for credentials, lets get to busnis part. Reason i was gone for quite some time is, i was reaserching the Market. Meaning the Sirius as a whole, to find stuff my friends at Gamma need and to find some customers for Artifacts. I even find the route to Gallic space and customers for your prime merchandise there. Right now i am fnishing mapping of Rhineland customers and soon will be done with my epic travel. Witch begun at Crete and will end at Crete. Anyway i heard in bars at Crete that there is even cheaper depot of Artifacts in the Empire and that Benitez control it. But that is what is all i heard and would not enquire becouse Benitez helped me become rich and i will not spy on their busnis if they dont want me to. So question of 1 mil of credits is.... Can i be alowed by Benitez familia to visit and purchase Artifacts from that reclusive depot/station whatever?
Reason? to become even more competetive and lower my prices for Artifacts thus
becoming a pearson to go if someone wants Artifacts. Good busnis for me and you i reckon.

I estimate that in a following week il be done with Sirius customer network and will be back at Crete for trading to commence again at regular basis. If you need anything i have meanings to get it, one corection please i am not found of Outcasts or friendly with that bunch so their market is quite difficult to enter for me if not perrilus for me and my crew but if you need something out of their space oh well il try but for a hefty price be shure of that, other than that feel free to contact me any time you need something.

The second thing is a up to date confirmation of your reputation and the respective transponder, this is a routine thing, - don t feel insulted per favore.
The third thing is to accept the rules when it comes to Omicron 94, our home no less! You will receive admittance only for the path between the jumphole and Tinos outpost, our trading station there. Any straying to other installations you might spot will get you taken into custody and all rights revoked. Don t even think about any exploration, i will say this once and never again- i expect you to respect the privacy and sacredness of our home.
