After building a career in shipping, guided with the help of a few very helpful ship captains, I managed to setup a rather profitable haulage business. After aquiring enough funds, I then ventured out into the market of mining. Making considerable profit by acting as a freelancer miner, I managed to mine considerable amount of raw ore for other players.
But after considerable thought, I have decided to try and expand futher. But to do so, I would need a base for my headquarters.
I formally request the right to establish a base of operations in the alberta system called Stray Industries. The purpose of this base is primarily a mining and haulage facility, with possible plans to expand operations into commerce, acting as a trading outpost.
The prospect of my own base is nothing short of exciting and I hope that I meet your approval, as ultimately this is a goal I am working as hard as I can towards. If you could grant me permission, I will forever be in your debt.

As for my affliations with Liberty, as a miner, character id Lucky_Prospector, my rep affiliation is blinking on Deep Space engineering, and has a positive relationship with all liberty corporations and goverment forces.
My Transporter Character ID is Strayone. My Heavy Transport is a Bowex Shire. As I previously informed you, I was guided when i first started to play, and was told to purchase this ship. But to do so required a Bowex ID. But my affiliation, that is the blinking rep, is Liberty Navy. If I need to change ships or ID's, that shouldnt be a problem. I never intended to be a bowex faction, just was told to purchase and use their ship. Ultimately, my affilition is with DSE as a miner and liberty as a hauler/trader.
I have also read and understand the laws and required payments, and can say with confidence that I can cover the monthly payments without problem. I also agree to the terms of the agreement and are happy to do so.

I have read the entire Laws of Liberty, understand and agree to them. My affilitiations are to DSE and the Liberty Navy. All other Liberty Corporations, Ageira, DSE, Cryer, Interspace etc are all nearly full green.

Your affiliation with Deep Space Engineering is noted, as is your acceptance of the terms regulating modular stations in Liberty. You mentioned that you intend to work with Platinum Incorporated, another trusted sub-division of Deep Space Engineering. If you would have them respond on this channel confirming their involvement with the matter I think it would go a long way towards convincing the government of your intentions.

I am sorry for the late reply, a number of unforseen circumstances prevented communications, but we are now back online. Unfortunately, I am having to retract our application due to a number of misfortunes and misunderstandings, so to all party's, I am sorry to have taken your time. It seems the best course of action at this point is to reapply at a later date. Once again we are sorry for any trouble or time wasted.
