It's so common that it's absurd. The wiki has ton of links that point to forum threads that no long exists. Why are such forum threads removed and why are there no wiki pages with the information instead?
Just now I was looking on the page about server commands and when I came down to the part about player bases the wiki pointed to no less than three forum threads "for more information", non of which still existed.
A wiki is the first place most players go for information and should therefore always have up to date information on funtionallity.
When told to find information in a forum instead it means either being pointed to an expired thread or make several keyword searches, having to browse through countless threads and then eventually giving up and posting a new thread asking for the information. There's no telling how long it will take to get an answer or if there's even anyone that knows (because there's no information about it on the wiki).
Now if you'll excuse me I'll go post a thread asking about base building.

They were never removed, just given new IDs when the forum system changed. Basically someone wasn't careful and broke all links to all forum threads. Not the wiki's problem. These were all once valid links. It's not really possible to fix automatically because I don't have a list of the old title IDs -> new title IDs.
