I am contacting you on this channel to formally request permission to set up a Permanent Office of Operations on Cali Base in Tau 23. This operations facility will be used for the purpose of Disrupting, Taxing, and Destroying Gallic trade into and out of Kusari. To clarify this is not a separate base - It is merely office space and hangar space on Cali Base itself. For this we will need full access to a hangar and supplies. I dont believe this small request will be of a problem to you, as the Chrysanthemums and the Outcasts have been friends for a long time. However I thought it would be appropriate to allow you the chance to restrict and control our little task force in your space. I await your reply on this channel.
