Okay, I recently (finally) completed my new rig (specs below for those interested) and I reloaded FL and Discovery back onto the computer (yes, I'm going to play again). When I started it up...I realized that I hadn't reinstalled the widescreen fix. No problem, I'll just head to the forum and redownload it and follow the instructions.
Well, with the new changes to the forum, every link I follow takes me back to the front page. Can anyone point me in the direction of the download for the Widescreen Fix so that I'm not playing on a itty bitty portion of my 65" TV? Thanks.

Okay, got Hudshift into the right folder...but it's still not working. The text is huge on my screen and the map coord's are way WAY off on my TV. Am I missing something?
I forgot about that. Went ahead and just did it. It fixed the problem with the coords being way off, but my text is still SUPER BIG. Anyway to correct that?
I've got it kind of working...I'm just having to suffer with the large font. I don't recall this happening on my old desktop, but it's okay. I'm not doing any fighting requiring weapons groups or anything anyway, just smuggling...and if I get stopped I'm just going to run instead of make my stand, so it's alright. Thanks for the help guys!

P.S. The only thing that bugs me now is some ships appear to have no textures on them for some reason. Not sure what that's about, but I've reloaded twice. Guess I'll just have to deal with that.
P.P.S. Also, isn't there some kind of accepted mod that goes with Discovery to increase the quality of textures on HD screens? I remember having it on my old desktop but I can't find one out there now for the life of me.
